Portland, ME Cumberland County purchased 27 Northport Dr. from Martin’s Point Health Care Inc. in a deal that closed on October 26, 2023, for $4.58 million. The county plans to renovate the 32,532 s/f interior of the three-story building and consolidate offices in 2024.
Norwood, MA Freudenheim Partners’ client Bodhi Spa has purchased 10 Cottage St. for $1.45 million ($165 per s/f). The 8,770 s/f office building will be the spas’ third location. The spa also operates additional locations in Providence and Newport, R.I.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our most recent accomplishment was to be named by Inc Magazine to their Inc 5,000 fastest growing companies in America for 2023.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the affordable housing projects that I have worked on, most recently The Westcott at Swampscott by Winn Development, which is under construction now. This project will bring 114 mixed-income apartments to the town of Swampscott, which is becoming increasingly important in today’s housing markets. I am proud to be some part of improving the lives of others, even a small one.
