What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The Pelham House Function Facility in Dennisport is a project that I am very proud of. Not only was the project completed under an aggressive timeline and through the origins of COVID, but we were able to build a lasting relationship with the ownership group that still continues on today.

After years of design and permitting efforts including BPDA, MEPA, Massworks, DOT, creation of new city street grids and more, we are at the final step of roadway acceptance. It feels amazing to bring this from a napkin sketch to a successful completion.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A couple of years ago we undertook a project on the Massachusetts border for the Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority. It was an extremely complicated project, involving the first twinning of 9% and 4% LIHTCs in New Hampshire, the issuance of a $39 million TE bond to support the 4% project, FHLBB-AHP funds and other funding sources.
