The newest and fourth location of Action Athletics, “Boston’s Premier Obstacle Training Facility,” is located at 42 Guest St. within The Auerbach Center at Boston Landing. This nearly 4,000 s/f facility houses an array of authentic Ninja Warrior-style obstacles, including the Warped Wall and Salmon Ladder. Additionally, it will offer parkour, climbing, and functional strength equipment, providing a range of upper and lower body challenges.

Cape Elizabeth, ME The Good Table restaurant at 527 Ocean House Rd. was sold to Prentice Hospitality Group for an undisclosed price. The Boulos Company’s Jon Rizzo, Greg Boulos, and Sasha Phillips represented the seller. For 38 years the Good Table, run by father-daughter restaurateurs Lisa and Tony Kostopoulos, has been loved for its generous portions of comfort food, Greek specialties and friendly staff.

The two Rte. 9 establishments that have been sold were Uncle Cheung’s Restaurant, a fixture for 40 years, at 266 Worcester Rd. The new owners of Uncle Cheung’s operate AOI Japanese Restaurant, which will remain at 855 Worcester Rd. They plan to open an Asian-style dumpling restaurant.

Boston, MA District Real Estate Advisors have arranged the sale of two properties totaling $4.045 million in Boston and negotiated multiple leases for retailers in Waltham. Beck Dangler of District Real Estate Advisors negotiated the sale of two independent South Boston retail condominiums located at 141 Dorchester Ave. and 301 West Bdwy. The 2,148 s/f space at 141 Dorchester Ave. sold for $1.395 million and the 5,764 s/f bi-level space at 301 West Bdwy. sold for $2.65 million.
WS Development to open Mia’s Bakery at The Street Chestnut Hill

Mia’s Bakery offers a selection of desserts, showcasing its custom and signature cakes, pies, cupcakes and more. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7.6 million. The pad sites are located at 1 Tobey Rd. The pad sites are comprised of three new construction buildings that consist of a two-tenant building leased to Starbucks and the U.S. Air National Guard, a single tenant Aspen Dental and a three-tenant building leased to Chipotle, Crumbl Cookies, and Wareham Animal Hospital.
