The BK building is 2,800 s/f with drive-up. The exterior design is one of the first national prototypes opened in New England.
Northborough Crossing is a 650,000 s/f power center anchored by the first Wegman's supermarket to open in New England. The center is located at the intersection of Rte. 9 and Rte. 20.
According to Shair," This location will fill a strong need for quality fast food at a very convenient location for the many customers at Northborough Crossing. The developer did an outstanding job in permitting, constructing and leasing the shopping center. This is the 45th Burger King for the BK franchisee/tenant."
