Shair of M&J Associates brokers 2,800 s/f lease to Burger King

According to Mark Shair of M&J Associates, Burger King has opened at Northborough Crossing. The Burger King is located on the front out-parcel at the main entrance to the shopping center on Rte. 20. The BK building is 2,800 s/f with drive-up. The exterior design is one of the first national prototypes opened in New England. Northborough Crossing is a 650,000 s/f power center anchored by the first Wegman's supermarket to open in New England. The center is located at the intersection of Rte. 9 and Rte. 20. According to Shair," This location will fill a strong need for quality fast food at a very convenient location for the many customers at Northborough Crossing. The developer did an outstanding job in permitting, constructing and leasing the shopping center. This is the 45th Burger King for the BK franchisee/tenant." Northborough Crossing was developed by New England Development in partnership with Brendon Properties and The Wilder Companies. M&J Associates is a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting company located at 120 Wells Ave. Newton. It was established 25 years ago.
