Shair of M&J Associates leases 2,000 s/f to Anna's Country Kitchen

According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Anna's Country Kitchen restaurant has opened at The Shops at Ocean's Gate. The restaurant is 2,000 s/f with 40 seats. In addition, they have outdoor seating along the walkway that connects Ocean St. with the main parking lot. Anna's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring homemade delicatessen sandwiches, prepared salads, hot soups, and broiled seafood. They specialize in take-out as well as in store dining. The Shops at Ocean's Gate is a 40,000 s/f mixed-use shopping center at the center of Marshfield at the corner of Ocean St. (Rte. 139) and Webster St. It was completed recently. Existing tenants include Elizabeth Grady, Verizon Wireless (Wireless City), Antons Clearners, Hong Kong, Luxesmile and Get in Shape for Women, which opened recently in 1,000 s/f. Get in Shape for Women is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in New England. They specialize in small group personal training for women only. The developer is Diamond/Sinacori, Boston; general contractor is CB Construction Co., Dedham; architect is Utile, Inc., Boston; and M&J Associates, Newton is exclusive leasing agent.
