Shair of M&J Associates leases 2,400 s/f to The Woolpack
According to Mark Shair, M&J Associates, The Woolpack has opened at Acton Woods Plaza. It relocated from Littleton. The store is 2,400 s/f.
The Woolpack is the premier yarn and accessory shop in central Mass. In addition to selling yarn it conducts knitting classes throughout the week.
According to Shair, " The Woolpack has a huge, devoted following and draws from a very wide trade area. It is exactly the right tenant for the predominant female customer base at Acton Woods Plaza."
Acton Woods Plaza is a 43,000 s/f high-profile shopping center located at the intersection of Rte. 27 and Rte. 2A.
Other tenants include CVS, Cambridgewear, Verizon Wireless, J. Olsen Fine Jewelry, Affordable Cleaners, PO's Barbeque, Enterprise Bank, Kitchen Outfitters, and Bank Of America.
