Shake Shack to debut first Cape location in The Landing at Hyannis

Hyannis, MA The Landing at Hyannis’ dining options are growing. Shake Shack will debut its first location on Cape Cod at The Landing in 2025. Shake Shack serves American classics using made-to-order 100% Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, hand-spun milkshakes, house-made lemonades, and more.

“We are thrilled to expand our dining offerings and welcome Shake Shack to Hyannis this year,” says Bryan Furze, senior vice president of leasing for WS Development. “Shake Shack’s opening at The Landing adds an exciting new option for both locals and visitors with a menu perfect for all cravings. Whether guests are dining in for a relaxed family-friendly meal or grabbing a quick bite to go, Shake Shack serves up a friendly, welcoming, and flavorful experience for all.”

Shake Shack’s arrival at The Landing follows the recent openings of natural and organic foods retailer, Whole Foods and leading physician-owned medical spa, SkinMD. It will also join two more new-to-market brands slated to open this year: the fashion retailer, Nordstrom Rack and eyewear retailer, Warby Parker.
