Joe Shanley of Shanley Auctioneers will auction the assets of The Victory Restaurant business which is located at 96 State St. on April 2.
The sale does not include the building but does include a below market 5 year lease as well as an option for 5 additional years. The restaurant had over $1 million in renovations in the early 2000s. Improvements included new mechanical and HVAC systems.
The restaurant is located in a Federalist-style building that was built in 1813.
