Shea Commercial Properties completes $1.1 million sale in Salem

Salem, NH Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of 8-10 Hampshire Rd. 

603 Storage has purchased the
2 ¾ acre site and will build a 100,000 s/f climate controlled storage facility.  Fulcrum Construction will build the facility.  The building is located close to the Mass. and N.H. state line, 1½ miles from the intersection of Route 93 and 213.

The Dubay Group provided civil and site engineering services, and Dennis Mires, P.A., (architect), designed the facility.  

Attorney Peter Bronstein of Soule, Leslie, Kidder, Sayward & Loughman, PLLC provided legal services. 

The sale was handled by Harry Shea who represented the sellers 8-10 Hampshire Rd. and assisted the buyers, 201 Highland LLC.  The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $1.1 million.
