Shea Commercial Properties sells 6,800 s/f for $950,000
Tewksbury Retail Plaza, 1875 Main St. (Rte. 38), has been sold. The 6,800 s/f retail plaza has been purchased by the 68 Stiles Rd. LLC Group.
Consisting of four individual retail-business office suites, the new owners plan renovations and modifications to the building and parking area. The Registry of Deeds reported a sale price of $950,000.
