Shea Commercial Props. handles 2,600 s/f lease to Delucia for thrift store
Ronald and Chester Delucia have leased 2,600 s/f at Larry's Country Shoppes, 326 South Broadway, Rte. 28. The retail space will be utilized as a thrift store with articles from throughout the region available and will also handle items on a consignment basis.
This lease transaction was handled for Larry's Country Sq. LLC and Delucia by Harry Shea, Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
