Shea Commercial sells 29,355 s/f office building for $4 million to JORB Property Management: Salem Professional Park property sold by Six Manor Parkway Realty LLC

A 29,355 s/f free-standing professional business office building at Six Manor Parkway has been sold to JORB Property Management LLC, by Six Manor Parkway Realty LLC. Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Proeprties represented the seller and the buyer.
