Shea Commercial sells 4.5 acre site for $180,000 in Salem Professional Park
Shea Commercial Properties sold a 4.5 acre site at 55 Pelham Rd. in the Salem Professional Park and off exit 2, Rte. 93 to Car Two Realty Trust LLC.
On the property a new 7,300 s/f structure will be built for Car One Auto Body.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $180,000.
Robert Uttley and Harry Shea of Shea Comm'l. represented the seller and buyer.
