Shea Commercial sells 6,300 s/f retail building

MDCD Properties, LLC has purchased the former Tweeter building at 301 South Broadway. The 6,300 s/f building will be the new location of Krystal Ballroom Dance Studio. Michael and Deborah Ulbrich, own and operate the studio; Michael was named top teacher, Eastern U.S. Championship for years 2009-11. FuzzBuzz Realty LLC, seller, was represented by Gary Karagianis and Dennis Robertson, The Masiello Group. The buyer, MDCD was represented by Harry Shea, Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. The Registry of Deeds reported the sale price was $1.05 million.
