Shea of Shea Commercial Properties handles $4.3m sale
Windham, NH Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of Windham Village Green, a 30,000 s/f retail/business/office plaza. The property is located at 33 Indian Rock Rd. (Rte. 111). The center is located two miles from I-93 ar Exit-3.
The plaza was purchased by Wakim Properties, LLC who plans major updating and upgrades to the property. The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $4.3 million.
The sale was handled for Candela Investments, LLC (seller), and Wakim Properties, LLC (buyer), by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
