Shea of Shea Commercial Properties handles $675,000 sale
Windham, NH Sinclair Lewis Realty, LLC has purchased property located at 47 Rockingham Rd., Rte. 28. Ralph and Belinda Sinclair, owners, will operate Woof-Woof Doggie Daycare on the site.
The business offers doggie daycare, boarding, basic obedience training, and has been in business since 1990. The property has easy access to I-93. The sale price according to the Registry of
47 Rockingham Road - Windham, NHDeeds was $675,000.
The sale transaction was handled by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
