Sheehan and Sidel of EagleBridge Capital arranges $9.5 million mortgage financing

Allston, MA EagleBridge Capital has arranged permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $9.5 million for 8-12-16 Harvard Terrace. The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Brian Sheehan and Ted Sidel who said that the loan was provided by a major commercial bank.

The apartment complex is composed of three attached apartment buildings which were renovated this year and are 100% leased. The buildings contain a total of 24 apartments composed of 18 three-bedroom/two bath units and 6 two-bedroom/one bath units. The units feature luxury finishes with hardwood floors and fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and contemporary cabinetry.

Each unit has a private balcony or patio.
