Sherman of Angel Commercial sells 3,438 s/f for $965,000 in Darien

Darien, CT 17 Tokeneke Rd. has sold for $965,000 to a local investor, according to Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, LLC, who was the sole broker in this transaction. 

The 3,438 s/f two-story building is located in downtown, across the street from the Darien Train Station, restaurants and shopping, and has access from both Tokeneke Rd. and the Center St. municipal parking lot.  The building has three retail units, two are occupied by long term tenants, and one is available for rent.   The property had been owned by the same family for multiple generations.
