Sidel of EagleBridge Capital places $7.34 million financing for for a NNN leased Walgreens pharmacy in Lowell, MA

Lowell, MA EagleBridge Capital has arranged acquisition/permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $7.34 million for a NNN leased Walgreens pharmacy. The financing was arranged by EagleBridge principal, Ted Sidel.

The class A single-story free standing building contains 15,000 s/f and is situated on a 1.5-acre site with 61 parking spaces on Middlesex St. in an area of free-standing retail buildings, shopping centers, and apartment buildings. National tenants located nearby include Santander Bank, Family Dollar, Advanced Auto Parts, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Jiffy Lube, and the US Postal Service.

Lowell General Hospital, a 445-bed hospital serving the city and surrounding communities, is located two miles from the Walgreens site.

The main campus of the University of Lowell, with over 18,000 students, is located within a ten minute drive.
