According to CBRE|The Boulos Company, Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, has been promoted to managing director of the Portland and Portsmouth offices.
As managing director, Sigfridson oversees the operations of the firm in both locations.
The combined offices have a staff of 22 including 13 brokers. In addition to business development and management of brokerage operations, Sigfridson will continue to be active in the brokerage of commercial real estate, representing clients in all aspects of sale and leasing transactions.
