Simon Property Group opens 15 stores at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets

Wrentham, MA Simon Property Group has opened 15 new stores at 1 Premium Outlet Blvd., the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. In 2023, the center looks forward to the expansion, renovation, and relocation of several globally recognized brands who have made the outlets their home. 

Versace, Radley London, Lindt Chocolate, and West Elm are among the 15 stores to open at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in 2022. 2023 will see several of the outlets’ tenants renovate and expand, including Champion, Jockey and Lacoste. 

Radley London, a London-born brand specializing in handbags and accessories, along with Lindt  Chocolate, the first Versace outlet in New England, and the East Coast’s first West Elm outlet, providing  modern, stylish, and sustainably produced home goods, opened in 2022. 

From fashion favorites to first to-market brands, these new openings have added to the retailer mix at the largest outlet shopping destination in New England.

Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay handles $9.5m Belmont Portfolio sale

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
