The new business will operate as The Honey Pot Bar and Lounge. The owners, Lynsey Page and Kamnl Green, chose this location because of its visibility on Rte. 1, accessibility from I-95 and Rte. 107, and proximity to the Mass. border.
Jody Skaff of The Kane Company listed the space and procured the tenant.
