Urbanek brings over a 10-year history of sales and leasing success throughout the Maine commercial real estate market to the Sperry Van Ness (SVN) organization. He has assembled a highly experienced team who specializes in expertly assisting clients with the lease, sale or purchase of retail, office, industrial and investment properties. SVN/The Urbanek Group Advisors will be leveraging SVN’s national platform and leading-edge CRE tools to continue fostering strong strategic relationships with clients in order to advance their investment goals.
