Stallkamp of The Kane Co. sells Hickory Pond Inn - $475,000; Leach of Better Homes & Gardens Masiello reps buyer

Finally Home Properties NE LLC has purchased the 14,930 s/f Hickory Pond Inn from Bank of New England for $475,000. The property, which is comprised of a 9,830 s/f inn and 5,100 s/f barn, is situated on 2.76 acres at 1 Stagecoach Rd. The building will be converted to an assisted living facility with plans to open this summer. Christian Stallkamp of The Kane Company listed the property and Nathaniel Leach of Better Homes & Gardens The Masiello Group represented the buyer.
