Finally Home Properties NE LLC has purchased the 14,930 s/f Hickory Pond Inn from Bank of New England for $475,000. The property, which is comprised of a 9,830 s/f inn and 5,100 s/f barn, is situated on 2.76 acres at 1 Stagecoach Rd.
The building will be converted to an assisted living facility with plans to open this summer.
