The 2,458 s/f two-story commercial building was formerly owned by John Choe, where he operated his family business, Stafford Tailor & Dry Cleaners. The sale price was undisclosed. The property has been acquired by Walter Nguyen where he will reside with his family and operate a nail salon business.
