Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC brokered the sale of 298 Hanover St. from the State of New Hampshire to Waypoint.
Reed represented the buyer, and NAI Norwood Group represented the seller.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $325,000.
