Stebbins Commercial Properties sells 30,855 s/f for $9.5 million

Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 30,855 s/f industrial building at 2 Wall St. from Brady Sullivan Properties to The Manchester Mental Health Center headquartered at 401 Cypress St.
Reed represented The Manchester Mental Health Center in this transaction. Tom Farrelly of Cushman and Wakefield, Inc. represented the seller, Brady Sullivan Properties. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $9.5 million.
