Durham, CT Renee Stevens of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed the sale of 100 New Haven Rd. This fully equipped 4,600 s/f restaurant facility, set on 1.89 acres was sold to Hard Hat Tavern, LLC. The facility was newly renovated and is a long-established restaurant. The restaurant features seating for 160 in the bar and two dining rooms plus an outdoor patio area with another 48 seats.

Hard Hat Tavern, LLC, owner John Acanfora, has purchased his fourth restaurant location. He currently runs Hard Hat Café in North Haven and Wallingford both offering American pub food favorites in comfortable tavern settings, and Sam the Clam Grub & Pub in Southington, a well known restaurant since 1991 offering seafood dishes. Opening of the new location is set for end of January 2023!

Stevens was the sole broker representing the seller, Satgio Realty LLC and procured the buyer. The transaction closed at $700,000.
