Stratton of The Geenty Group leases 3,800 s/f in Old Saybrook

Old Saybrook, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors completed a long-term lease of 3,800 s/f at 711 Boston Post Rd.
The tenant is Life Long Dental, LLC. Dr. Jeremiah Long is the founder and CEO. He said that “this is the future home of Life Long Dental Care, a comprehensive full-service group dental practice with amazingly caring and competent teams.”
The landlord is Elm Street Center. Barry Stratton, commercial/residential associate at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
