Strelke of R.W. Holmes represents Atlantic Managment in 20,000 s/f lease

Easton, MA R.W. Holmes has completed a new 20,000 s/f industrial lease at 5 Norfolk Dr., to AKJ Trading. Atlantic Management owns the property.

AKJ Trading, an industrial supplies company based in Massachusetts. R.W. Holmes represented the Atlantic Management, with the assignment led by Robert Strelke, SVP. Lincoln Property Company, represented by James Tambone, represented the tenant in the transaction.

“This lease supports Atlantic Management’s long-term ownership strategy while securing a tenant that is well aligned with the building’s operational profile,” said Strelke.
