With the recent addition of UK Nails & Spa opening in a 1,200 s/f endcap, Powers & Company reported Sudbury Plaza is now 100% leased. This nail salon and spa brings great synergy to the already exciting tenant mix in this highly trafficked center.
Sudbury Plaza is located on Rte. 20, Boston Post Rd., and is anchored by Shaw's with CVS, Starbucks, Learning Express, Wild Birds Unlimited, Impact Fitness, Lavender, U.S. Postal Service, and other notable retailers. Powers & Company exclusively represents landlords in the leasing of their retail centers.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
