Sullivan completes Agility Manufacturing fit-up

July 01, 2009 - Northern New England
Sullivan Construction Inc. was contracted by Summit Land Development to renovate the former Moore Business Forms site into several office and light industrial rental units, the largest of which has been leased by Agility Manufacturing. The Sullivan team under project manager, Kevin Morse, and site supervisor, Rodney Lunderville, coordinated the building renovations with Berard-Martel Architecture, Inc. of Bedford.
The renovation included demolition of existing facilities, interior restructuring of the site to include construction of non-weight bearing interior walls, creation of office areas, conference rooms, cafeteria, locker rooms, several assembly and testing areas, shipping area and dock, and installation of automatic sprinkler system, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. A critical component of the project was value engineering of a new ventilation and dehumidification system, to protect materials used in the manufacturing process.

Agility Manufacturing, which specializes in printed circuit board assembly and the manufacture of electromechanical assemblies, occupies 25,000 sq ft in the one of the four rental spaces within the 120,000 sq. ft. facility
