Working for the Grossman Cos., Sullivan Construction Inc., under project manager, Rob Johnstone and site superintendents Scott Southwick and Brian Harris, completed the 15,550 s/f Marketplace on Morrissey shell.

The retail center incorporates nine individual retail units, one of which is a drive through bank and another drive through restaurant on Morrissey Blvd.

The scope of work for this project included demolition of existing structures, shell construction, site work, installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems, and parking lot and sidewalk reconstruction.
