Sullivan Construction Inc., as the construction manager, recently completed the new single-story, 56 resident-rooms memory care center at 295 Lafayette Rd.
Construction is complete for the new 805 licensed assisted living facility, called Sanctuary at Rye. The building is a 37,000 s/f building that includes commercial kitchen facilities, a reception and lounge area, non-skilled nurse stations and administrative spaces.
The structure is wood framed and the exterior shell is constructed with various exterior envelope and roofing materials. High-end finishes and materials will be applied to interior spaces.
Families and residents will be able to stay connected via the Internet as well. This is the first memory care facility on the seacoast of N.H. and will be a model for future similar developments in markets throughout the Northeast.
