Sullivan Construction completes two renovation projects totaling 33,450 s/f

Sullivan Construction Inc. renovated two office suites at Pease Trade Port for 273 Corporate Drive, LLC. An existing 28,800 s/f office space at 273 Corporate Dr., Suite 100, to accommodate a new tenant layout for SUN LIFE Financial. An existing 4,650 s/f office space, at 273 Corporate Dr., Suite 103, to accommodate a new layout for BANK W Holdings. All scopes of work included selective interior demolition, framing, drywall, glass & glazing, custom millwork, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, alarm and electrical renovations and metering. All projects were completed within an occupied, class A office space. Dust controls and noise constraints were crucial.
