Sullivan Construction Inc., commenced renovations and new construction to the Rowe Ford/Hyundai Dealership. The project includes demolition of the existing Ford Showroom and construction of a new Lincoln Ford retail showroom and new car delivery canopy, as well as interior renovations to the Ford building. Rowe Commercial Truck sales and service will be added to the Ford facility to better serve their customers.
At the completion of the renovations, Rowe will add the Lincoln flag to its Ford Dealership and continue its long-standing service to their customers. The Rowe Hyundai building will include interior and exterior upgrades and a service area addition to accommodate Hyundai USA's new branding and to provide an exceptional customer experience. An addition and renovations will be constructed at the free-standing, "Quick Lane" building onsite. All of the work will be completed while the dealerships remain in complete operation with very limited disturbance of day to day operations. This multi-phased project is based on a fast-track schedule with an early summer ribbon-cutting planned.
