Centrix Bank - Concord, NH

Tom Sullivan and Lee Berard accepted the ABC Award of Merit for Construction in Excellence for Commercial Construction Under $2 Million at the ABC "Meet the Generals" meeting on March 23 at the Grappone Conference Center. The award winning project was the 3-story, brick veneered 11,000 s/f mixed use Centrix Bank and luxury apartment facility in Dover.
The building, designed by Berard-Martel Architecture, Inc. of Bedford was commissioned by Summit Land Development. Located in the downtown, the structure houses a Centrix Bank branch on the ground level and luxury apartments on the second and third floors. This endeavor represents the first redevelopment site in the new Dover Form-Based code and is cited by Chris Parker, town planner, as an exemplary example of good urban planning.
At the same gathering, Sullivan Construction Inc., received its eighth consecutive ABC Safety Award for no lost time accidents.
