Ginsberg and McMahon of Summit Realty arrange four new leases with Tropical Smoothie Café

Lexington, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed four retail lease transactions with Tropical Smoothie Café. This brings the total number of leases that Summit Realty has completed with Tropical Smoothie Café to 20. Travis Ginsberg and Chris McMahon from Summit Realty Partners have worked closely with Tropical Smoothie to fulfill their real estate goals throughout New England. 

A multi-unit franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has signed lease agreements to enter three new retail markets including Keene, NH, Nashua, NH and Haverhill, Mass. All three are located in dominant shopping centers with top performing grocery stores. A separate multi-unit franchisee has signed a lease in a CVS anchored center located in Fairhaven, Mass. The Fairhaven lease represents a relocation of an existing Tropical Smoothie Café within the retail market.

Tropical Smoothie Café is a fast-casual restaurant that offers fresh smoothies, acai, chia and yogurt bowls, wraps, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and more in a casual setting.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
