Summit Realty Partners acquires Wiscasset Marketplace - $1.23 million

Wiscasset, ME Summit Realty Partners has acquired Wiscasset Marketplace, a 34,800  s/f retail shopping center on behalf of its affiliate, WM 681 Bath Road, LLC, for $1.23 million.

Current tenants at the shopping center include Family Dollar, Subway, Island Teak and Marketplace Café. The property benefits from its key position on U.S. Rte. One which sees an average of over 17,000 vehicles per day and its location across the street from Shaw’s Supermarket. Summit Realty Partners has initiated an aggressive leasing campaign to fill the remaining vacancies along with hiring Winslow Property Management to provide hands-on property management to improve overall operations of the shopping center.

Summit Realty Partners represented the buyer, WM 681 Bath Road, LLC, in the sale of the property.
