Summit Realty Partners handles multiple deals

Lexington, MA Summit Realty Partners Inc. has completed several recent tenant and buyer representation transactions.

Tropical Smoothie Café continued its growth plans in New England with signed leases for new locations in Foxboro, MA; Methuen, MA; Saugus, MA; Concord, NH; and Manchester, NH.

Crumbl Cookies continued its plan for multiple new store openings with signed leases in Attleboro, MA; Cambridge, MA; Millbury, MA; Shrewsbury MA; North Nashua, NH; Newington, NH; and Salem, NH.

Domino’s also continued to grow with executed leases in Bourne, MA and Amesbury, MA and sales in Hillsborough, NH and Hooksett, NH.

The Goddard School signed leases to open a new 16,000 s/f school in Wellesley, MA and a 15,000 s/f school in Sudbury, MA.

Zoo Health Club signed a 25,000 s/f lease to open a new fitness facility in Seabrook, NH.

True Storage acquired vacant retail boxes in Florence, KY; Akron, OH; Oshkosh, WI; Ft. Atkinson, WI; and Freeport, IL.

Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg represented the tenants and buyers in these transactions. Summit Realty Partner’s is looking forward to more transactions with these tenants and buyers to expand their concepts in 2022.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
