Summit Realty Partners leases 9,886 s/f to Petco
Heritage Park Plaza - East Longmeadow, MAEast Longmeadow, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a 9,886 s/f lease transaction with Petco on behalf of Katz Properties at Heritage Park Plaza. Petco is a privately held national retailer specializing in offering pet supplies, food and services.
Heritage Park Plaza’s shopping center is anchored by Stop & Shop, New England’s premier grocer. The shopping center benefits from a diverse tenant roster of national and regional retailers including Dollar Tree, Panera Bread, Aspen Dental, 99 Restaurant & Pub, Game Stop, GNC, Cost Cutters, and H&R Block.
Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners represented the landlord in the transaction, and Adam Cirel of Atlantic Retail Properties represented the tenant.
