Pawtucket, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal has completed multiple deals in the state. 

Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate represented the sellers of 1 Main St. The property was sold to AA Prime Properties LLC for $280,000. The buyers were represented by Lavonne Lopes of Keller Williams Realty.

In addition, Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate represented the sellers of 1230 Newport Ave. The property sold for $300,000 with a plan to open a liquor store. The buyers were represented by Emanuel Menezes of Re/Max Elite.

Sweeney also brokered the sale of the penthouse suite in the downtown Providence Hanley Building at 56 Pine St. The 6,000 s/f office condo was sold by Spring Holdings LLC to 56 Pine Street, LLC. The sale price was not disclosed. The new owners plan on occupying the space. Sweeney represented the seller and the buyer did not have representation. The Hanley Building is a seven-story brick building in Providence Financial District comprised of first floor retail and professional offices for the remainder of the building.
