Sweeney Real Estate closes 1,538 s/f lease at Chestnut Commons for Hotline Pizza
Providence, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal has completed the lease of 1,538 s/f of ground-floor retail space at Chestnut Commons, located at 91 Chestnut St. The tenant, HL PIZZA, LLC, operating under the trade name Hotline Pizza, will utilize the space as a pizza shop.
Jay Kern of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the tenant in the transaction. CBRE represented the landlord, Audubon Chestnut Commons LLC.
