Sweeney of Rodman RE leases 7,387 s/f
Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate, Inc. represented R Rodio Realty, LLC in negotiating a long term lease with MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. for 7,387 s/f at 8 Parsonage St. The property will serve as a central switching station for MCI WorldCom that will service the downtown area.
Dan Cregan of Paramount Properties represented the tenant.
