Sweeney of Rodman Real Estate leases 3,900 s/f at West River Center
Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate, Inc. has leased 3,900 s/f of office space to McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC located at West River Center, 148 West River St., for a period of 7 years.
The renovated 100,000 s/f mill building , formerly the home to RI Tool Co., was built circa 1860.
McLaughlin & Quinn, LLC are relocating and expanding to better serve their clients.
