Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate sells 140,000 s/f for $4.8 million

PT Properties Holding LLC sold 110 Graham Dr. to 158 Graham Drive RI LP for $4.8 million. The 140,000 s/f industrial facility on 18.32 acres, is currently occupied by MWV (formerly Polytop), a manufacturer of dispensing caps. The property is 100% leased to MWV under a long-term lease. Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal joined with Frank Petz and Christopher Skeffington of Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners to represent the property and were the exclusive brokers.
