Warwick, RI Warwick Cove Marina, Inc. sold 2 Seminole St. to Fairwinds Marina, LLC for $805,000. 

The 90-slip marina is located off of Greenwich Bay in Warwick Cove. The sale included an office building and a multi-unit residential building.
