Warwick, RI Christina Rouse of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitated a 4,600 s/f lease at Greenwich Mills, located at 42 Ladd St., Unit 321. Rockman Windows & Doors signed a long-term lease for showroom space, marking the company’s first Rhode Island location and regional expansion. Rouse represented the ownership in this deal.

Based in Westchester County, New York, Rockman Windows & Doors specializes in custom, high-end windows and doors for premier manufacturers, serving luxury residential projects with artisan-crafted products and personalized design solutions. The company joins a growing collection of home design and improvement businesses at Greenwich Mills, including Hill & Harbor Tile, creating a complementary destination for homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors.
