Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells 20,000 s/f for $1.65 million and leases 2,820 s/f retail

320 Eddie Dowling Highway - Lincoln, RI

Lincoln, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of 320 Eddie Dowling Hwy. The location was previously the home to Cox Communications. Delcar Enterprises LLC purchased the property in 2014 and recently sold the site for $1.65 million. The 20,000 s/f building is comprised of showroom, office and warehouse space on 4.7 acres. The property is located on Rte. 146, north of the I-295 and Rte. 146 merge. The new owners plan to occupy a portion of the site and lease out the remaining office space.

162 Granite Street - Westerly, RI

Dragon Palace joins the Westerly community by opening their fifth location. The Chinese cuisine and sushi bar restaurant signed a 2,820 s/f lease at 162 Granite St., previously the location of Providence Coal Fire Pizza. The property was renovated in 2015 and has 100+ person seating capacity. The site will be open in the fall of 2022. Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the landlord in this lease transaction.
