Builder/architect Tanguay Homes is building Abbott Village, an active lifestyle community. The project will have 15 buildings containing 80 units. Currently, 18 units are ready for occupancy.

Every townhome has a private elevator and are wheelchair accessible. Amenities include a community clubhouse, exercise center and putting green.
The project will cost approximately $50 million.
Located at U.S. 3 North or North State St., the complex is built on the Abbott Farms estate, which dates from the mid 1700s.
